Summertime…And The Gaming Is Easy!

I love free games. One reason I rarely buy a brand new game when at its first release is that I am fiscally cautious. Financially conservative. Cheap.

There are a lot of choices out there today, too. I check out any number of free MMO titles to see what else is out there and expand my horizons. And I play quite a bit on my handhelds, especially last month when I was traveling quite a bit.

I am currently worrying my way through Final Fantasy: Crisis Core on my PSP. I wouldn’t have bought it for myself (yet), but my boyfriend got it for me as he knows I wanted it. On my DS, I’m playing Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings, a gift from my son last Christmas. And on my PC…

…on my PC, it’s usually EQII (when I’m online) or Sims 2.

As an employee, one of the perks is that my EQII account is comped. That’s pretty neat as it allows me to play a game I’ve really enjoyed for FREE. Yay! Free is good!

Now other folks who’ve had an EQII account get a similar perk with the Living Legacy events. There are also Living Legacy things going on with the original EverQuest, too, although I admit that my heart belongs to EQII.

Did you put aside your EQII account to do other things like maybe graduate from school? If so, reward yourself for free in Norrath before your student loans become due!
